MOCA is a multihull amphibious boat which consists of a main hull and four smaller side hulls. Side hulls are arranged in the front and rear on the left and right sides. Not only do the hulls improve the resistance of a high-speed watercraft, but also enhance seakeeping. The aesthetically pleasurable lines run through the boat, adding dynamics to the design and enhancing passengers’ ride experience.
Designed to be a carbon fibre boat, MOCA is light weight and sturdy. Transparent solar panels will be installed on glasses on MOCA, thus the energy used is environmentally friendly without sacrificing the modern look or natural lighting resources in the interior.
As a green boat, MOCA is equipped with electric propulsion system. Hydro energy is the main source of energy that drives the boat.
The top of the boat opens up on the water with the gull-wing door when passenger controls it through the smart management system. Diving into the ocean, embracing the nature, and enjoying life on the water all become possible with MOCA.
The wheels for land use are perfectly integrated with the hull, and are hidden inside the sides for an overall aesthetic.
The design of the rear part uses aerodynamic force to generate downforce which increases the friction when driving on land and improves the handling performance.
